The Lodge 30A Booking Conditions

Check-In: Please check in at The Lodge 30A, 4721 East County Highway 30A, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459.


Rates: All rates and policies are based on availability and subject to change. Rates are subject to applicable taxes. Packages do not include alcohol and gratuity. Any unused portion of a package is non-refundable.


Guarantee/Cancellation Policy: A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. We require a 48-hour advance notice of cancellation to avoid a penalty charge.  If the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of arrival a charge equal to one (1) night plus tax and resort fee will be made to the credit card attached to the reservation. Reduction in room nights or a change of dates must be made 48 hours prior to arrival or guest forfeits the amount of any unused nights. Early departures are not permitted, or full payment of unused nights will be forfeited.

For non-refundable rates - Full payment is required at the time of booking your reservation and is non-refundable if cancelled at any time. Transfers, date changes and early departures are not permitted or full payment is forfeited.


Beach & Golf Access Fee: Guests of The Lodge 30A have the distinct option to experience private amenities as an opt-in amenity for a daily fee. The fee includes access to Watersound® Beach Club, one of the area’s premier beach club featuring two 7,000-sq.ft. zero-entry swimming pools, indoor and outdoor dining, al fresco bar, shaded arbors, beach access and complimentary beach setup (available first come, first served). In addition, guests also have access to two private golf clubs, Camp Creek and Shark's Tooth (green fees apply). The availability to opt-in to these amenities may be limited and is subject to black-out dates. These amenities are not available on a day-to-day basis and must be opted-in for the duration of the entire guest stay, with the exception of the below listed blackout dates. No exceptions for beach & golf access will be made during these time periods in 2024: March 29 to March 31; May 25 to May 27, June 30 to July 6; August 30 to September 2; November 22 to December 2; and December 20 to December 29.


Age Requirements: No reservations will be made to individuals under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of advance deposit. Further, the party will either not be permitted to check in or will be asked to vacate the property.


Pets: Pets are allowed at The Lodge 30A in a few designated guestrooms. Up to two domestic, housebroken pets that each weigh 40 pounds and under are welcome and must be requested at the time of booking to ensure availability. Otherwise, we will be happy to recommend area kennels should you require this assistance. Failure to follow pet policies will result in a minimum $250 charge for additional housekeeping services and/or damages. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet due upon arrival for stays of 1-4 nights and $150 per pet for stays of 5 plus nights. Pets are not to be left unattended in the guestroom at any time and must be on a leash while in public areas. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets in all outdoor areas. Guests will be responsible for any pet damages and/or additional cleaning. Please be advised that Walton County does not allow pets on the beach unless you are a resident with a permit. Failure to follow pet policies will result in a minimum $250 charge for additional housekeeping services and/or damages.


Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in The Lodge 30A. Failure to follow smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 charge for additional housekeeping and/or damages.

 

NOTICE:  Golf cart parking and/or charging is not available at the hotel.
